Report to lead designer and participate in the complete process of In-Game Growth System design

Create and maintain the design documents of the In-Game Growth System using feishu.

Collorate and communicate with programmers and UI designers about the In-Game Growth System design direction.

Produce and polish In-Game Growth System feature under production.

Follow up the development and acceptance of features.
